The Revolution

Looking at the state of things and the people, I suppose the true revolution will take place in the mind before it takes place in a concrete physical way.
That would explain why the media constantly comes at us with trash, filth and lies because when you have a person's mind, they're body is soon to follow. Many have fallen for the okey-doke. Fear and greed are some strong mofos too.
The road to destruction is wide and many are traveling it but the road to everlasting life (immortality) is narrow and only a few walk this road.

Did You Know...
According to Drusilla Dunjee Houston's book Wonderful Ethiopians of the Ancient Cushite Empire, in chapter V, Prehistoric Egypt, The Land of Wonders it tells: The native name of Egypt was Khem, the black land. The name came not so much from the color of the soil as the hue of the inhabitants.
Africa in 400 B.C.
Egypt was called the "Gift of the Nile," because Lower Egypt was formed out of soil brought down by the mighty river. Without the Nile, Egypt would be but a desert......The land through the ages has been raised by deposits left by each annual overflow....At the time of overflow Egypt is a vast sea with her cities on the tops, of continuous natural mounds.
Numerous canals traverse the country connecting the natural channels. Egypt was inhabited in ancient days by two races or two distinct divisions of one race. Ancient records all testify that the ruling class in those times was the Ethiopian. They founded the powerful priest caste.
This priesthood included the judges, physicians, astrologers, architects--in a word they united within themselves all the highest culture and the most distinguished offices of the land. " (Biblical Literature)
The fact that Khem means "the black land" and that being because of the hue of the people of the land, I don't see some Black people's problem with calling themselves "Black." It is a very relevant and descriptive term in describing the Khemetian/African race. It is NOTHING new. Neither is it insulting. Black people listen to non-black peoples too damned much to our detriment.

Another Initiation of Growth
The first time I saw you speak
I heard your growl
The passion and fire in your voice
My eyes glittered
My body rejoiced
Had never seen such strength before
The power you brought
I wanted more
Now I see it was all a dream
Like the rest of this illusion
Nothing is what it may seem
Everything's fallen into utter turmoil
It makes me sick enough for my stomach to coil
I fell out of bed
On top of my head
And once I stood up, I started to see red
The gash I received was deep
It bled and it bled
I proceeded to stop the bleeding but I received other gashes instead
The biggest gash though, I received in my heart
I felt the entire realm was trying to keep us apart
But the first hedge put up had already been put there by you
I realized your insecurities, as the more shit you allowed me to be put through
You were the ringleader of this circus of deceit
You and the other animals wanted to bring me to defeat
But as I cried and wanted to lay it down
Mother came to my rescue and picked me up from the ground
She let me cry on her shoulder
She told me to purge
She said "Go ahead baby. Let it all out. I know that it hurts to see them all for what they're really about."
I took a second look at the faces of "so called" comrades and friends
But this time, I saw demons and devils that made me cringe
I felt their insecurities, doubts, jealousies and hates
Things that were at first veiled over
The hidden rivalries that started to disseminate
They slandered, attacked, smeared, smudged
They had nerve to say it was in the name of unity
Dared to say it was in the name of love
Can you see their hypocrisy?
Can you see their disgusting lusts for the taste of my blood?
All because I took a stand for the Goddess in me
For the god and goddess that I mistakenly thought was in them
For the God that I thought was in men
For the Goddess in who I thought were these women
These in fact were those who chose the lower half
Who desired the base things
Who chose the crooked paths
They couldn't handle my strength
They shunned me for my Divine desires
The want of something better
The true spirits and souls that would take me higher
I definitely learned that misery hunts for its company
Devours alive those wanting to fly
I pity those lower entities but at the same time, I know they must die
So that there can be a chance for those who choose to do right
So that all that are chosen can arise and take flight
The pain, hurt and deceit further opened all three of my eyes
Another initiation
Into my complete and spiritual rise

It Fails
Love in a lesser form will ask you to hold its breath
Its not strong enough to survive with the fragments it has left
It fails to live up to its name
It has little passion and its rather tame
It returns quickly from which it came
It's a shattered dream, in a deserted pond
It's a legacy that failed to carry on
It returns quickly from which it came
It fails to live up to its name
ReGrowth
Probably the hardest ever made
I had to allow the sun to shine and come out from among the shade
I had to let the sun's rays warm my heart and bring back the life I lost long ago
Lost to the darkness of the night
I had to start the process and let the rain flow down on me
That my soil could be nourishedMy flower could bud and blossom maturely
It had to happen
I had to grow
I had to release the shame and that's the way
That I grew beauty, from my pain
